This new design replaces the classic full-screen guide view with a powerful left-hand navigation panel that remains visible all the time.
To enable the Documentation layout, just head over to your Help Center configuration and you'll find the
Layout
field under
Appearance
section.

Guidejar just got a whole lot more flexible.
Many of you told us you wanted a way to separate guides, members, and help centers by department or client — and now you can.
Introducing
Paid Team Add-Ons
, available with the Premium Plus (Team) plan
Changelog (2)
Each add-on purchase lets you create an additional team under the same account. This is perfect for:
  • Agencies managing multiple clients
  • Companies with different departments or regions
  • Teams that want their own workspace but shared billing
And that’s not all — every new team comes with its own Help Center and custom domain linking as well.
That means separate branding, domains, and content, all managed under one Guidejar subscription.

Guidejar now supports RTL layout — and yes, it works in PDF exports too! 🎉
Now your guides feel natural in Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and other right-to-left languages.
2 minutes was cute. But let’s be real - that’s barely enough to say hello!
Changelog (1)
We’ve removed the 2-minute limit and you can now export videos up to
30 minutes
long ⏱️
Which means, you can finally:
✅ Export full product walkthroughs without worrying about cutoffs
✅ Create complete onboarding flows in a single video
✅ Share longer training videos with employees and clients seamlessly

You can now create up to 5 levels of nested subcategories inside your help center.

This gives you more control and flexibility when organizing complex documentation — whether you're managing internal SOPs, customer-facing guides, or detailed product tutorials.
No more cluttered lists or workarounds. Group related content, structure topics logically, and make it easier for users to find exactly what they need.
It’s a small upgrade that makes a big difference in clarity and discoverability.
Double the AI Credits
Good news! We've just doubled your AI credit top-up — without hiking the price.
You’ll now get 20,000 credits (previously 10,000 credits) for the same $4.99
which means: More voiceovers. More translations. More FAQs.
Collaboration is now so much easier with "Comments" ✨
308shots_so
Team members can now view and leave comments directly on your guides. Mention specific steps using @, share thoughts, suggest changes, or just give a quick thumbs-up.
To enable Comments, go to Settings->Guides->Feedback->Enable "Allow Comments"
Give it a try and share us your valuable feedback ✨
Sometimes a screenshot says it all. But for those moments when you need to show scrolling, typing, or filling out a form — our new mini screen recording steps have your back. Capture up to 15 seconds of activity right from our Chrome extension (>=v2.1.0).
It’s the perfect way to add motion when it matters!
